ワシントンD.C.でのNARと女性不動産協議会の会議

The National Association of Realtors and the Women’s Council of Realtors hold mid yearmeetings in Washington DC in May every year. Susan attended several meetings on the nationallevel pertaining to the Certified International Property Specialist, Global Business and AlliancesCommittee, Diversity, and Commercial Real Estate. Post COVID pandemic, trends with workingfrom home, and the situation in Ukraine were allhot topics of discussion and analysis as they allaffect the current real estate market directly. The Women’s Council held their national electionsfor new officers. It was Mariko’s first real estate conference and she learned many new thingsand met many new people. It was an eye opening experience!
Japanese:毎年5月に全米不動産協会と女性不動産協会中間年会議がワシントンで開催されます。スーザンが全米レベルの会議、国際不動産スペシャリスト(CIPS)やグローバルビジネス会、ダイバーシティー、そして商業不動産に参加しました。コロナ、在宅ワークやウクライナの状況が不動産業会にどう影響されているのかなどのトピックを主に取り上げられる会議となりました。女性不動産協会は新しい役員の選挙が行われました。真理子は不動産協会が主催する会議に参加するのが今回が初めてとなり、様々な新しいことを勉強し、沢山の人たちと出会うことが出来ました。とても良い経験となりました。
